The BAC Centre - Covid-19 Protocol

To ensure the safety of our staff, practitioners and customers, we have taken the following steps aimed at reducing the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus:

Pre-Appointment:

• Our practitioners will allow more time before and after the treatment to enable sanitising of the room and equipment.
• We will ask all customers to aim to arrive as close to the time of their appointment as possible. 
• If you need to wait inside, rather than in your car, we have limited seating available to ensure social distancing is carried out.
• We advise you to wear PPE such as a face mask.

During the appointment:

• Hand sanitiser offered and patient can sign in using NHS Test and Trace QR code
• The practitioner will be wearing the appropriate PPE during the appointment.
• Surfaces, door handles and equipment will be sanitised before your appointment, .

Post Appointment:

• After you have left the room, shared contact areas e.g door handles, treatment couches, chairs are sanitised.
• Card payment machine is sanitised after every use
• We politely request that you leave the building as soon as possible to ensure social distancing
